I cannot say enough about Patty. We found her by chance when my fiance was interested in a house that she was selling. The house was already sold when he contacted her but she set him up with listings without being pushy. When we were ready to go out and look at houses we made an appointment for that weekend to look at several houses. What I liked best about Patty is that she never tried to "sell" us on a house. She was the first to point out any issues we might have with a house and never rushed us to make any decisions. I felt I could trust any recommendations that she made and that she was truly interested in finding us the RIGHT house. She even encouraged us to bring family members along for the viewings (Even though they can be very difficult to please).
